Abstract (EN)
In the research, the 8 basic trainings used today for women in the 15-19 age group can be developed for pre-trained motor-oriented performance. The universe of the research consists of female athletes who are interested in taekwondo branch in Nevşehir Youth and Sports Club. The sample of the research consists of female athletes who are interested in taekwondo branch in Nevşehir Youth and Sports Club. Before the research, performance measurements of the participants in the standing long jump, vertical jump, single-leg triple jump, 5m sprint, 10m sprint, 20m sprint, 10x5m shuttle run, sit and reach reach test, and y-balance test were taken by 2 experts. Afterwards, an 8-week core training program was implemented. After 8 weeks, the participants' post-test measurements (in accordance with the pre-test protocols) were taken. Analysis of the research was done using SPSS 24 statistical program. The arithmetic mean and standard deviation tests were used for descriptive information of the research group, and the paired sample t-test was used to compare the pre-test and post-test results. The significance level was determined as 0.05. According to the findings, the standing long jump (p<0.05), vertical jump (p<0.05), single-leg triple jump (p<0.05), 5m sprint (p<0.05) were found in the Core Training Group (CAG), which had regular core training for 8 weeks. , 10m sprint (p<0.05), 20m sprint (p<0.05), 10x5m shuttle run (p<0.05), sit and reach reach test (p<0.05), y-balance test (p<0.05) performances were statistically significant. difference is seen. As a result, core training regularly applied to female taekwondo players in the 15-19 age group contributes positively to basic motor development and performance.
