Abstract (EN)

This thesis study focuses on the development of software aimed at ensuring information security and privacy in response to the increasing use of the internet in contemporary times. Steganography is employed as a method enabling the secure sharing of information encompassing audio, video, images, and text. The LSB technique is utilized to embed information randomly into any region of an image, facilitating a secure communication method. In addition to this secure communication approach, an IPFS extension with a user-friendly interface has been integrated into the software to safeguard information security and privacy. This integration allows the creation of a decentralized environment without the need for any hosting services. Furthermore, to enhance the software's reliability, transparency, and decentralization, registration on a blockchain platform has been implemented, achieving a higher level of security. This study showcases an effective solution in the realms of communication and data privacy by employing the concepts of steganography, blockchain, IPFS, and LSB.
