A Cronbach's Alpha of 0.967 verified the instrument's internal consistency, indicating exceptional reliability. Kruskal-Wallis H and Mann-Whitney U tests were used in the hypotheses. The results emphasize the plan value of analytical and culturally adapted training materials, which are varied according to experience level and favored with reflective learning in the case of senior personnel. Practical suggestions are extended to the managers of hotels, leaders of the departments, and trainers.
