Abstract (EN)

The strategic decision-making process described before as an essential style of thinking. It aims at choosing the best suitable alternatives. Thus decision-making is a significant process to choose the crucial alternative from several available alternatives in front of the managers. The aim of this study is to propose a new and innovative approach called as hybrid approach to strategic decision-making and to discover its impact on growth and competitiveness for hotel organizations. The important of study is consider as one of the specialized studies that are interested in studying the impact of strategic decision-making approaches on growth strategy and competitive advantage priorities, as they can employ it in building and developing their future vision to lead these organizations towards achieving successful. The researcher depends on design questionnaire and interviews to collection the main data from society and in analysis this data they use the statistical package for social sciences program. Our analysis revealed a significant correlation and effect between the hybrid approach of strategic decision-making and the growth strategy. However, the analysis did not reveal a significant effect and correlation between the hybrid approach of strategic decision-making and the horizontal concentration strategy, in addition, we found significant correlation between the hybrid approach of strategic decision-making and the competitive advantage priorities.
