Abstract (EN)
Today's technology is important information to differentiate from competitors in terms of market conditions, changing customer expectations and competition conditions and to provide competitive advantage. In our study, the effect of innovation on the competitive advantage in the personal care sector has been examined. In the study, 175 of the 276 registered companies operating in the personal care sector and registered to the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce were reached and 293 managerial employee surveys were conducted. According to the data obtained, one way anova test was applied in order to determine whether superiority in competition differs according to the innovation strategy of the enterprise. As a result of the analyzes conducted, the hypothesis of the study, which is the basic hypothesis of competition, differs according to the innovation strategy of the enterprise.
