Strategic management as a tool for Balanced Scorecard in a production company with the EFQM excellence model application and comparison of these two models

In this paper which mentions about the strategic management that provides to companies behave towards the future, within strategic management perception, one of the performance poker techniques Balanced Scorecard method and EFQM excellence model that is used as quality development criterion by testing them in terms of usability simultaneously, it has been tried to put forward the similar and different sides.A survey has been carried out with the clients and worker's of a middle class production company, these data have been taken into assessmentby using satistic programme. for this company that application carried out, Balanced Scorecard technique and EFQM excellence model's usability together in strategic management perception has been proved.This paper has 3 parts. In the first part, strategic management, Balanced Scorecard and EFQM MM are explained. In the second part during the strategic management, it is introduced how it is used this two model together. In the third and last paragraph it is explained the similarities and differences Balanced Scorecard system's with EFQM excellence model in production company application.Keywords: Strategic Administration, Balanced Scorecard, EFQM Excellence Model
