Individuals are more materialistic and individualistic culture while seeing themselves living in a philosophy now, they have remained insensitive to the problems of the around and the problems in the life cycle to contains the whole of society and have started to build a common problem. As a requirement of the people feel in safe, the process of fight against crime and criminals always maintains the vitality,but difficult and complicated that the consist of a systematic struggle with this problematic and it has revealed the need for new policies to be produced. In this context, the public and civil society organizations (CSO) produce social policies to fight this problem and to prevent those policies and the effective implementation social service has been needed to take on this role. In today the only security measures in the fight against crime and criminals, the activities of law enforcement and criminal sanctions are inadequate; effective, practical, general and inclusiveness with prominent social services, it has fulfilled and important function to fight the welfare of society including crime and criminals, and it will continue. Perception of social services in the community and in proportion to the developments and changes in the management structure changed by the times, before social work intervention problems occurs in fight against crime and criminals, social work interventions activity has appeared how important as what. In this study, pragmatic, practical and feasible interventions with social services, the extent of protective and preventive application of problem-oriented applications in addition to the fight against crime and criminals attempting to emphasize the important place, in our country, it isn't interested too much and have been left at background in this area while we occur a perspective of the important of the social service in the fight against crime and criminals, crime and social services have tried conceptualize to associate and aimed at least created a perception of the reader in this regard.
