The critical editial and analysis of "al-Es'ile va'l-Ecvibe Al-Muteallika bi-Câmiʿi'l-Fusûleyn" by Suleyman b. Ali el-Karamânî

Our thesis is about Sheikh Bedreddin's objections to Hanafi jurists in his work named Camiu'l fusuleyn. Suleyman b. Ali wrote a refusal answers to these objections. We have investigated and analyzed this refusal. This refusal generally includes jurisdictional law and transaction issues. In addition, the two scholars' juridical approaches to the issues were emphasized through the sample issues selected from the work, and the place of the work in the Hanafi school was pointed out. In study of Sheikh Bedreddin and Suleyman b. Ali's legalism, we compared their legal aspects. The sources of the work are available in manuscript libraries. Our thesis consists of three parts. In the introduction, we talked about the subject, importance, purpose, method and sources of the research. In the first chapter, we talked about Suleyman b Ali's life and his scientific personality. We also talked about the scientific and political situations of the period in which they lived. We talked in the second part, the reason for the copyright, content, method, orthographic features of al-Esile ve'l-Ecvibe al-mute'allika bi Câmi'i'l-fusûleyn and the studies on Câmi'u'l-fusûleyn . We evaluated the work in terms of content and style. The sources cited in the work were introduced and the accuracy of the citations was checked. In the third part, we checked whether his ideas in his work named Waridat were included in al-Esile ve'l-Ecvibe. The fiqh preferences of Suleyman b. Ali al-Karamani, the words expressing the preferences, Sheikh Bedreddin and Süleyman b. Ali's jurisprudence was compared. We examined why Suleyman b. Ali objected to Sheikh Bedreddin and how he answered him. We have examined the work in three copies. We showed the copy differences in a footnote and wrote the copy completely.
