Abstract (EN)
In globalized world, product life cycle, competition among the firms, customer demands, willing to increase the market shares of the firms have always been increasing. Along with develop in information technologies, firms have to construct, manage and improve their supply chain system. Competition is established on supply chain system. Nowadays, competition among the firm changes as competition among their supply chain system. Because, the products have to be in right time, at the right place, at right quantity, at right customer, with the suitable cost. Firms are targeting goals with respect to these criteria. These goals have been required to reach standardization in measuring supply chain performances. Supply-Chain Council (SCC), in 1996, introduced SCOR model to identify measure and develop supply chain processes as a standard among industries. Along with these supply chain, total performance is aimed to be determined area. SCOR model enables managers to make right decision at strategic level. SCOR model is a reference model which includes standard definition of the management processes, relationships among business processes, and standard metrics in measuring process performances, performance application best-in-class, and the function of all businesses processes. And the relationships among the answers given to those questions have been analyzed in order to construct a performance measurement model. This model which can be used for measuring the performances of the firms focused on transportation is proposed to use companys' procedures. Key Words: Competition, Process, SCC, SCOR model, SCORcard.
