Özet (EN)
Flexible sustainable residences that can meet the changing users and needs during the building life cycle process, as well as provide energy, resources, cost and recycling are needed. When the studies are examined, the limited number of studies dealing with sustainability and flexibility in low-rise houses made this research necessary. In this context, it has become necessary to combine sustainability and flexibility in terms of meeting the users and their needs. Therefore, in the context of the flexible sustainable low-rise housing design model tripod that offers a balanced design and production approach with limited resources of the world, can be sustained environmentally/economically/socially, can meet changing users and needs, design criteria should be clearly defined. The study took place in three stages in general, the domestic and foreign publications were examined in the first stage, the relationship between the LEED, BREEAM and DGNB certification systems criteria and flexibility criteria were evaluated in the second stage, and the research findings were obtained by examining flexible sustainable low-rise housing samples that have one of the certificate systems or are a competition project. At the last stage, the findings obtained were evaluated, and the criteria for sustainability and flexibility were determined for low-rise houses and the model was proposed. The study is important as it provides a source for the works to be carried out in the context of flexible sustainable low-rise housing.
