Abstract (EN)
Clinical studies are being updated every day by the current studies designed, new methods developed or new perspectives brought on existing research. The importance of this field of study makes the processes from the study measurements to the designs very important. Examination of the data and methods to be used in these studies, and comparability of these measurements are crucial for the reliability of the study. Also, a variety of correlation and regression methods are utilized during the comparison. In this study, we investigate the Bland-Altman method which is open to clinician views and interpreted by variety of calculations and graphs, Deming Regression that takes into account the error margin while calculating the difference from the linear regression, the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) which is sensitive to systematic errors and changes in the repeated measurements, as well as the Concordance Correlation Coefficient (CCC) method which is susceptible to random error in addition to the systematic error. Key Words: Bland-Altman Method, Deming Regression, Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC), Concordance Correlation Coefficient (CCC).
