Annotated bibliography of studies on hagiographies published in Turkish periodicals (1928-2017)

This study includes annotated bibliographies of written articles about hagiographies in periodical publications in Turkey during 1928-2017. Hagiographies which are about the miracles of people who are accepted as Saints are one of the most important products of folk literature and really effective on the society members. Many studies have been done about these narrations in terms of both theorical and practical as compilation. In this thesis, articles which are directly about hagiographies or others that mention hagiographies frequently have been examined and annotated bibliography of corresponding articles has been prepared. Since bibliography of hagiographies in periodical publications are not handled in thesis studies before, more comprehensive and tidy bibliography has been prepared.
