Abstract (EN)
The Middle East has never been free from war, conflict, war and change. This work will focus on the Syrian Civil War, which has been expanding its scope since its inception. Countries adjacent to Syria have taken positions and have set specific policies on the issue. Iran's foreign policy towards Syria will be examined in this context. The value of Syria to Iran will be analyzed to show that Iran's actions in Syria are not haphazard. In addition, this study will try to close the historical background with the current situation in the perspective of continuing past conflicts and uneasy wars. While the post-crisis civil war caused the Sunni-Shiite conflict, it caused serious conflict between the actors participating in democratization movements around the world and the countries supporting authoritarian regimes. Russia has a voice with the presence of Shiite militias, locally placed in Iran, as well as American global powers, and all kinds of support and resistance discourses to Syria. The alleged Shia Crescent has been visible. This war is on the agenda with human rights violations. Syria has formed a complex network of alliances. With the Shiite rhetoric that defends the absolute sovereignty of Syria, the concept of resistance opposes foreign interventions. The Iran-Syria alliance is getting stronger. Syria war must be ended. The solution is not in war, but in democracy. Keywords: Syria-Iran alliance, Internal war, Resistance, Shia Militias, External actors
