Syrian refugees have access to basic human rights: Istanbul Fatih example

The civil war in Syria and the adverse living conditions brought by the war have forced them to migrate to many of my family countries for reasons like survival. Various measures have been taken and different studies have been put forward in order that the future of the individuals who take refuge in Turkey will be influenced at least from this turmoil. However, this work has been carried out because it is understood that these measures have not been carried out on the conformity of human rights to fundamental rights and freedoms that arise from human beings and without discrimination. In the first part of the work, immigration, global power theories, basic concepts related to asylum, international and regional contracts and refugee law are taken up. The rights of refugees in the legal regulations that address immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers and asylum issues have been addressed. By giving information about Syria, detailed explanations were made by conducting a literature review of previous studies on Syrian asylum seekers. In the second part of the study, the findings of the study on the access of the Syrian asylum seekers to basic human rights are included and the cases where the Syrian asylum seekers find the facilities offered in Turkey as suitable for human rights are examined. According to this; %55.2 of the participants found the facilities offered in Turkey to be suitable for human rights, %26.7 did not find it suitable and %18.1 reached the result that they found these facilities to be suitable for human rights.
