Özet (EN)

This work; the study was carried out to examine the changes in blood biochemistry, hematological values, intestinal villi structure, liver and kidney tissues when used as a probiotic thanks to the different strains Alflorexin contains with the application of Alflorexin, a probiotic product with prebiotic effect, and milk + Alflorexin together. A total of 28 spraque dawley female rats at 9 months of age were used in the study. Rats were arranged as 1 control and 3 experimental groups, and they were divided into 4 groups as 7 rats in each group. While the control group was fed only with standard rat feed and water, the 2nd group was fed only with fat cow UHT milk and rat feed, the 3rd group was fed with rat feed, water, oily cow UHT milk and Alflorex, the 4th group was fed with feed, water, fed only Alflorex. According to the analyzes made at the end of the study, no significant difference was observed between the groups in kidney and liver tissues. When the intestinal villi lengths were examined, it was determined that there was a significant increase between the 4th group receiving only probiotics and the 3rd group receiving milk and Alflorex compared to the control group. The longest villus length was seen in group 3. For this reason, it was seen that Alflorexin alone was not enough, and milk support, which is a prebiotic product, was also important. As a result; It has been observed that the use of the probiotic product Alflorex together with full-fat cow's milk has a positive effect on the physiology and intestinal villi structure.
