Suyolcuzâde Mehmed Necîb's life, literary personality and divan (analysis and transcription)

This work consists of the transcribed text of the Divan of the 18th century divan poet Suyolcuzâde Mehmed Necîb, whose poetry and Divan is emphasized more and whose poetry and Divan is not sufficiently popular, and its translation into prose in modern Turkish. Our study consists of three parts. In the first part, information about the life and works of the poet was collected from the sources, and the literary personality of the poet was tried to be determined based on his Divan. In the second part, the couplets in the Divan of the poet were recorded one by one and discussed under four main headings as "Religion and Sufism", "Society", "Human" and "Nature". In the third part, the transcribed text of the Divan was given and the Divan was translated into prose in modern Turkish. With this study, it is aimed to reveal the transcribed text of the Suyolcuzâde Mehmed Necib Divan, to translate it into prose in modern Turkish, and to better understand the Necib and its Divan, and to determine its place and importance in terms of literary history.
