Abstract (EN)

Today, the use of liquid fertilizer tankers in the agricultural sector is quite common. Slurry tanks are towed behind a tractor or mounted on a truck, just like a wagon. Liquid manure tankers are generally used to dump the manure from the back of the tank onto the soil surface. If we list the main reasons of use, it is to ensure that the liquid manure is distributed homogeneously on the field surface, to ensure that the liquid manure is transferred and replaced with the help of a pump on the tanker or an external equipment. In this thesis that I will do, I will address issues such as ease of manufacturing, cost advantage, strength and longevity in the fertilizer tankers manufactured today, which material should be manufactured in terms of manufacturing style, the suitability of the material size to be used, the material selection that will provide ease of manufacture, the resistance of the selected material against corrosion, After making these comparisons by investigating which material will have an advantage for us in the direction of reducing the weight of the tanker, what kind of changes will occur in the cost if it is made of which material, the 3d drawing of the tank I optimized the most I aim to realize it and make it manufacturable. In addition, I aim to discuss in detail the advantages and disadvantages of glass fiber reinforced composite material in liquid manure tanker manufacturing.
