Historical novels and the facts are the subjects that the reseachers most interested for their studies. Novel is a kind of literature. By comparing the historical novels and the historical knowledge the answers of some questions can be found. These questions are; The novel, which points away from the historical facts? What is the percentage of the novel being historical fact? How the writer of the novel destroyed or used the historical facts?Was Kemal Tahir used the historical facts by not changing them or he used these facts as a part of his novels? To find the answer of this question is the aim of the research. Kemal Tahir described the history by using a different procedure from the other writers.
