Abstract (EN)
The increase in fertilizer costs in agricultural activities has made it imperative to research effective fertilization methods. Therefore, there is a need for cost-effective fertilization methods. The widespread use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and the ease of use of automation systems have made fertilization and irrigation processes more efficient and economical. This study investigates how IoT technology can be applied in agriculture and how fertilization processes can be optimized. In the research, a fertilization automation system integrated with a drip irrigation system has been developed to reduce costs and increase efficiency. This system analyzes data obtained through sensors placed in the soil and automatically adjusts fertilization and irrigation operations according to variable parameters such as moisture and temperature of the plants. The system can be remotely controlled using a NodeMCU communication module and allows for intervention according to the immediate needs of the plants through monitoring via an application. This study aims to prevent excessive consumption by making water and fertilizer more efficient. Moreover, the system has a user-friendly interface and lays the groundwork for future studies in agricultural technology. This IoT-based system offers an environmentally friendly approach supporting sustainable agricultural practices. Sensors help conserve water and fertilizer resources while maximizing soil productivity. This innovative approach allows for increased efficiency in agricultural production while minimizing costs. Saving for the user is an important goal of the conducted study. Keywords: Internet of Things, NodeMCU, Fertilization Automation
