Abstract (EN)

With this work we purpose to use electrical resistance welding, which used in industry very common, much effective way. According to this idea an electrical resistance welding is designed and produced, then this machine converted to computer controlled electrical resistance welding with object oriented programming. The system indicates welding quality, welding time and welding cost can seriously get better. The work combines mechanics, pneumatic, electronics, control and software. This system is being controlled with single microcontroller and makes possible a central control network from one point. The software is designed easy to understand and visual. With selecting several parameters the system gets ready for melting. With this way the setup time decreases and workman mistakes become minimum. In system design, miniature ball rail systems are chosen for decreasing the loss from mechanic parts. The cars have low friction coefficient and high ability of movement, so it makes possible to move trigger strap, tambour system with stepping motor. Stepping motors are chosen because it is easy to control with microcontroller.Because of using object oriented programming it is also easy to add new features. If additional features are needed while using the machine its easy to add the features with simple steps to control system.
