Abstract (EN)
Real estate valuation and real estate financing have become more important in our country with the increasingchange in real estate purchase and sale transactions. In my thesis, this change and related new financing methods used in real estate purchases, housing loans used, guarantees, and valuation of real estates are covered. International Valuation Standards as well as the valuation process to be done correctly the real estate valuation process must be done in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The most critical part of this process, which starts with a loan request from a bank or intermediary institution in real estate purchases, is the valuation process of the collateral given in return for credit. The subject of valuation is a very important issue both in terms of subject and need. In my thesis, I have included the types and importance of the financing methods used in time with the subject of valuation.
