Abstract (EN)

Algae play an important role in the oxygen cycle in the world thanks to their ability to perform photosynthesis. Eukaryotic and prokaryotic microalgae also contribute to this cycle by photosynthesis. Microalgae have the potential to produce biofuels as well as photosynthesis. The oil they contain is converted into biodiesel by various methods and fuel is obtained. The nutrient values, the amount of light, temperature and pH values of the water environment inhabiting the species affect the species development. Chlorella sp. have been studied in various studies on biofuel production with different parameters. In this study, two different cyanobacterial species, Synechocystis sp. and Chrooccoccus sp. with two microalgae, Chlorella sp. and Scenedesmus sp. species. As a result of Folch oil analysis, it was found that Synechocystis sp. 18,90% in the cyanobacteria and Chlorella sp. 16,85% in the microalgae during the 45 days incubation period in 500 lux light.
