Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, it was aimed to covalently attach the terbium (III) DO3A complex and 1,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4tetrahydrobenzo [G] phthalazine units. For this purpose, firstly, two units were synthesized separately and were analyzed by spectroscopic methods. In the next step, these two units are combined by using appropriate chemical methods. The structural characterization, photophysical properties, and multi emission capability of this new were investigated by using spectroscopic methods.
