Abstract (EN)

Inventory registry of the palace and the museum was created in 1952 due to the National Palace. The current registery system is insufficient for the counting, controlling and security of objects. In this thesis study, action research model which is a type of applied research method tis used. With a critical assessment, put forth short coming of existing application with participation of GNAT(Grand National Assembly of Turkey) experts. Qualitative data collection is used, to develop a software in order to improve the situation. Database analysis and database design revealed for transferring the registry of 1952. User interfaces are designed for enventory, counting, controlling and security process of objects.
