The impact of supply chain integration on the supply chain performance

In today's world where sustainable competition is gaining importance, the proper integration of the supply chain affects the performance of this chain positively. Therefore, businesses move into a competitive position in this process compared to other businesses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supply chain integration on supply chain performance. In this context, 183 managers from small, medium and large scale production/manufacturing business managers registered in Ankara, Istanbul, Bursa, Sakarya, Kocaeli, and Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zones were reached in the online survey study. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that internal integration increased the customer service performance. In addition, it has been determined that all sub-dimensions of external integration positively affect the flexibility performance. In addition, it has been found that only supplier integration positively affects integration and cost performances. The theoretical applications and practical applications of the research results were discussed.
