Abstract (EN)
The increasing global warming, changes in biodiversity and the associated threat to sustainability have prompted researchers, academics, practitioners, and scientists from various fields to come together to discuss solutions and propose ways to protect the environment. The consequences of increasing uncertainties worldwide are rapidly spreading due to globalization, negatively impacting the economic activities of businesses and threatening their existence. While businesses strive to cope with these uncertainties, reducing the vulnerabilities of supply chains, enhancing their resilience, and ensuring their integration is of great importance in achieving a competitive advantage. This study examines the impact of factors in the supply chain management process on green competitive advantage. The first part of the study, which rates and analyzes the opinions of companies whose main field of activity is chemistry, consists of a conceptual framework, while the second part comprises methodology and findings, along with a discussion. An online survey form was shared with executives/responsible persons from various companies operating in the chemistry sector across different cities. Permission was obtained from authorized personnel for telephone and face-to-face interviews. Data obtained from a total of 239 respondents were analyzed using Smart PLS and SPSS software packages. According to the model created, the risk management culture influences supply chain agility, and supply chain agility in turn affects supply chain integration. Additionally, supply chain integration impacts green competitive advantage. In this context, all hypotheses developed in the study were supported.
