The impact of supplier integration and environmental uncertainty on export performance

As a result of the increase in competition in international markets and the formation of uncertain environments, it has been proved by the studies in the literature that enterprises establish close relations with their suppliers and increase their export performance. The reason for this study is to examine the relationship between supplier integration and export performances of enterprises registered with Gaziantep Chamber of Industry in Gaziantep where trade is intense and to investigate whether environmental uncertainty has any effect on these two variables. A survey was applied to 153 manufacturing companies in Gaziantep. The data collected by the survey method and analyzed with the statistical program. As a result of the analyzes, it was concluded that supplier integration has positive affect on export performance and environmental uncertainty has positive affect on supplier integration and negative affect on export performance.
