Sûfî exegetical school in Morocco from the perspective of history of tafseer

Historiography is transmitting the process of events to memories of the people who are not witnesses of it. This process had been existed in all social and scientific areas as an indication of human nature. When verbal transmission process represents the social part of it, written transmission process represents the scientific area. Likewise a discipline is monolith structure that involves subject, principles, purpose, context and researcher, historiography of a distinct discipline requires a critical classification and analysis of the facts. To write history of a distinct discipline without classification and analysis causes complexity in understanding of historical process. This complexity manifests itself in works of history of tafseer too. When some of these works based on only 'ulamâ of the discipline, some of them based on 'ulamâ's works and others based on 'ulama-work together. The first two of this way represents classical tabâqât method and the third way represents applications of contemporary works. From this point of view, to not apply these methods in a body as 'ulamâ-works-geography-schools cripples the wholistic approach. This work is a dissertation of 'History of Tafseer Atlas' is possibly consist of more than one work that discuss small-scaled regions in detail with regards to the history of tafseer. Starting from this point of view, it is aimed to set forth of the meaning and place of these areas in respect to history of tafseer. As a result of application of this sample to Morocco, sûfî exegetical school is considered as dominating school of it.
