Abstract (EN)
In this study, the historical basis, scope and importance of the One Belt One Road project initiated by China was discussed. In this context, the projects and collaborations are examined. Furthermore, as in the main title of the thesis, Russian - Chinese relations were scrutinized within the framework of the initiative. While discussing the role and importance of Russia for the realization of the project, it also discussed the interests of Russia within the One Belt One Road. Finally, in this study, in terms of China and Russia, benefits and consequences of this project and the results were examined comprehensively.
