It is understood that Kazakhstan is in a strategic position in terms of the project, when the One Belt One Road Project. Which was implemented under the leadership of China, was announced in Kazakhstan. In terms of the project, another country that is important in the region, which provides significant Energy exports to China, is Uzbekistan. These two states, which are in continuous Economic and Political Cooperation with China, are an important parameter in shaping their foreign policies. Our study titled "The Place of the One Belt One Road Project in the Foreign Policy of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan" is evaluated around the concepts of neoliberalism and soft power. It will be seen that the One Belt, One Road Project should be evaluated Within the framework of neoliberalism, since it is primarily an Economic project, and that it should be evaluated around the Concept of soft power in order to understand the practices of China in order to develop the field of activity in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan with the project.
