Abstract (EN)

After the establishment of the Republic of Turkey, CHP, which was trying to strengthen its organization, about not be regarded very successful about dissemination of the revolution ideology from top to bottom, also the effects of the conditions in that period was strong (important). For example Kubilay event and failure about the SCF trial are among the two important events about slowing down the speed of CHP. On the other hand CHP attached importance to community centers for implementing its activities. Therefore community centers were established in 1932 in the country. A community center was established in Kutahya in the same year and this community center serviced to Kutahya until it was closed down, about perform its mission and vision educating public and disseminating revolutions to the bottom. Meanwhile wishes of the people and reports of the party inspector give us socio-cultural clues about understanding and knowing the Kutahya in the one-party period. Increases about these reports of the party inspector was identified especially after the 1940. For Kutahya's term of after the World War II and following years, these reports are important.
