Abstract (EN)
The subject of this Thesis is termination of exclusive distributorship agreement and the legal consequences of the termination. The termination of the agreement can cause many problems and responsibilities for an exclusive distributorship agreement. Hence the termination of the exclusive distributorship agreement has been subdivided in two headings as ipso facto termination and ipso jure termination in the first chapter of the thesis. The legal consequences of termination of the exclusive distributorship agreement has been explained in the second chapter of the thesis. The portfolio claim which is one of the legal consequences of the termination has been clarified in the third chapter of the thesis.
