Abstract (EN)

VI ABSTRACT The rapit changes lived in the world has changed the role of the goverment, with the thesis of shortining the goverment and the vision of being drawn from the economics, made the goverment limit its managership facilities and near this put the monopoly stated administrations into rivalry atmosphere by opening the monopoly stated fields to private sector entrepreneurs. İn order to continue their facilities in competing surroundings and be in a harmony with the new market, the business administrations which were in monopoly stated position for years, required to be rebuild in structural and managerial terms during this rapid changes period. But still these business administrations were inadequate as they couldn't reach efficient and productive performance in managerial terms in the competing surroundings and when compered to their rivals, getting data about market which forms market aspects, spreading the data and giving reaction to the markets. To increase their competing powers in competing surroundings, these administrations are due to absorb the comprehension of market aspects which is a necessity of modem marketing. In this research in order to analyse the market aspects state of Turkish Telecomunication J.S.C. which moved from monopoly stated surroundings to rivalry surroundings, a public survey applied in this process. According to this survey diagnosises the analysis in this process. According to this survey diagnosises the analysis of rivalry and performance are done in "market aspects" extent and the result showed that, when compared to other rivals, this administration is inadequate in terms of performance and competing power which is put forward in market aspects dimensions.
