Abstract (EN)

Rapid advancements in technology have given rise to a new level of proficiency among individuals. Technological literacy can be associated with the ability to comprehend evolving technologies, utilize or adapt them according to needs. The increasing technological literacy levels within societies have propelled companies towards digital transformations. Digitalization, an essential step for companies to efficiently utilize their resources, has begun to manifest its impact across all sectors. It has brought about changes in both service production and communication channels with customers. In this study, the technology literacy levels of different age groups, born during periods marked by various technological developments, were examined in relation to how this disparity affects financial digitalization. In this regard, a sample of 463 individuals was surveyed, and statistical analyses such as mean and standard deviation, t-test, regression, ANOVA, and difference analysis were conducted using SPSS package program. The study identified a significant relationship between technological literacy and financial digitalization, and it was observed that this relationship varied across different age cohorts.
