The examination of the levels of state and constant anxiety caused by technological change on wage earners

Organizations are open systems which are consistently in connection with the environment. Thus they have to accomodate themselves to consistently changing conditions. Technology is one of those areas that is affected by this changing intensely. The positive or negative effects of technological change depends on the application. New technology wears off the talents of wage earners quickly. Moreover, it reveals a requirement to know the new equipments and system well and threat situation. This situation becomes a potential anxiety source unless it gets enough support. The purpose of this research is to examine the correlation between state and constant anxiety levels caused by technological change on wage earners. 141 workers who officiate in Eskişehir Directorate of Tax Administration have entered into the research.
