Abstract (EN)
There is intense competition among the telecommunications companies in today's world where 5G technologies continue to be implemented, data usage intensity and time to reach data gains importance, keeping data safe becomes one of the most important agendas of enterprises, and the number of devices in communication with each other is rapidly increasing, Sector companies that want to increase their market share and revenues, customer satisfaction and loyalty, efficiency and effectiveness have to highlight innovation activities in their activities, processes, products or services. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of innovation capabilities on corporate performance.
