Translation of Ahlak-i Mohsini(1a ? 99b) (analysis?text)

This study includes the work of Firâkî Abdurrahman Celebi?s ?Ahlak-i Mohsini? who is one of the most important writers in the XVI th century in Kütahya. ?Ahlak-i Mohsini? is one of the most important and most mentioned study which has taken place in resaurces of Firaki.Before the entrance to the text, it is especially mentioned about morals which forms the main idea of the work. First of all, it is mentioned about the special features of science and its connections with other sciences. After, it is especially mentioned about the meaning of moral before and after İslam. With the acceptance of İslam, new understanding of moral is tried to be given.Later on, important moral books, which are written in Turkish ? İslam culture and literature, are given in a order of time. Also, while these works are given they are ordered in a writing and translation form.No matter, it is known as an ordinary moral book, it is should be understood as a ?siyasetname? in the tradition it is formed. İn our study it is explained with is reasons why ?Ahlak-i Muhsini? should be seen as ?siyasetnâme?. As the work has the features of ?siyasetname?, it is given a wide information of siyasetname?s in Turk ? İslam culture.Firaki Abdurrahman Celebi has translated his work from the language of Persian. The writer of the work is Huseyin Vaiz Kasifi. Because of this reason, it is given information about the literary personality and works of him. After all, it is also given information about Firaki and Sehzade Bayezid who the work is written for.İn the study of the work, the copy is used which takes place at the Library of Suleymaniye, Resid Efendi section, number, 1077.
