Abstract (EN)
At the beginning 19th century scientists, peltier structure was discovered by Thomas Seebeck and Jean Peltier. It was the significant product for thermoelectric industry. They found that if there is a temperature difference between the junctions of two dissimilar conductors, the electrical current would flow. Besides, they learned when electricial currents are flow through two dissimilar electrical conductors of the peltier structure, were caused heat to be either emitted or absorbed at the junctions of peltier structure. After, especially in the last fifty years, practical applications that are specially cooling have steadily increased with the effects of improvements in semiconductor technology for peltier structures. Also, these units can generate electrical DC energy even if not large quantity. By linking serial and parallel of these units, reaching to the great values of voltage and current are possible. In experimental work carried out, to create a power generator, peltiers are reached to the appropriate current and voltage by being linked serial and parallel. The uses of the electricity generated in the residential and aircraft are discussed. Keywords: Temperature, Peltier structures, Electrical energy
