Abstract (EN)
The effect of fiber orientation on occuring thermal stress and plastic strain by the time of cooling in a steel fiber-reinforced thermoplastic disc are investigated. In this purposes composite materials with three different type of reinforced are produced. ts mechanical properties are obtained by strain-gauge and Shimadzu test machine. Cooling curve depending time are examined by way of experiment. Composite disc are modelled and analyzed in ABAQUS finite element programme. It is seen plastic region begins at the inner surface of the disc. Maximum value of stresses is observed also at inner surface and around the hole of the composite disc. KEY WORDS: Termoplastic composite, steel fiber reinforced, cooling, thermal stress, plastik strain.
