Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this thesis is to test the impact of green human resource management on green prohibitive and green promotive voice behaviors. Job embeddedness was used as a mediator. Data were collected from restaurant employees in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The hypotheses in this thesis were assessed through structural equation modeling. The findings demonstrated that green human resource management fostered green prohibitive and green promotive voice behaviors. Job embeddedness also enhanced green prohibitive and green promotive voice behaviors. These findings suggested job embeddedness as a mediator in these relationships. On the basis of the findings presented above, management implications and limitations as well as directions for future research were provided.
