Abstract (EN)

The large increases in international capital movements due to the financial liberalization policies experienced after the 1980s, while providing capital accumulation, which is an important source of economic growth in developing countries, also activated dynamics that have important effects on growth such as technical knowledge and human capital. The effect of these international capital movements on economic growth is different in each country. In the first part of the study, theoretical information about international capital movements is given.
