Abstract (EN)
In this study, invoice which is one the most important instrument in commercial law's practice has been examined. The role of invoice in commercial law, the approach of regulation in legislation and its characteristic functions have been discoursed. Within the scope of this research Turkish Commercial Law and Turkish Tax Procedural Law have been practiced separately. In this study, invoice has been examined in the context of commercial law fundamentally, also it has been investigated in the light of doctrines and judicial decisions.
