Abstract (EN)
In this study, the tirosol molecule existing in olive and olive oilhaving antioxidant properties was purified using non-covalent molecular imprinting technique (MIP). Tyrosol imprinting polymerwas prepared with bulk polymerization technique, methacylic acid, ethylene glycole dimethacrylate benzoyl peroxide and methanole were used as monomer, cross-linker, initiator and solvent, respectively. Polymerization was carryed out in plastic syringes of 2.5 mL, then, formed polymer was crashed into pieces to obtain particulate form. Tyrosol used as templatemolecule was removed from the paricules using methanole/water mixture. Prepred particules were carecterized using different techniques as scaning electron microscopy (SEM), surface area measurement and swelling tests. Some results obtained as fallows: Wavelength to analyse tryosol was found as 228 nm. Maximum tryosol adsorption was found at 25ºC, pH 6 and in an initial tyrosol concentration of 2.5 mg/mL. Selectivity tests for tyrosol imprinting polymer was performedusing pryogallol and2-Nitrosonaphtol-(1), and relative selectivity coefficients were found for ones as 3.65 and 8.11, respectively. An adsorption loss of only 3% was observed in tyrosol imprinting polymerafter 20 adsoprtion-desorption cycles.
