Abstract (EN)
Mines are in different regions and different structures. The main advantages of these establishments are to be listed as follows: Operating safety: Drilling, blasting, digging and loading are done on open ground and on flat ground and the machines used are working more efficiently and safely. Operating costs decrease with the use of large capacity work machines. High efficiency is achieved. With the correct selection of machine dimensions, planned production can be done without being affected by weather conditions. Wear of the ends of these machines used for production is a serious problem and it is often necessary to change them. In order to gain both in terms of cost and time, these ends must be able to withstand both impact and continuous wear conditions. MOTUS Inc. a new composition of the excavating tips that has been poured by the microstructural characterization of these ends will be made. New recommendations will be introduced according to the hardness and wear resistance that will be obtained with the different heat treatment regime.
