Abstract (EN)
In this study, electropolymerization and characterization of three different thiophene derivative monomers were investigated in different medias and the suitability of thiophene deriative polymers for supercapacitor applications was explored. Electropolymerization of 1-(pyren-1-yl)-2,5-di(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrole, 1-(chrysen-1-yl)-2,5-di(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrole, 1-phenyl-2,5-di(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrole was realized in 0.1 M tetrabuthylammonium hexafluorophosphate / dichloromethane, 0.1 M tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoroborat / dichloromethane and 0.1 M tetrabutylammonium perchlorate / dichloromethane solution. During the polymerization the potentional range was fixed for three monomers, the cycle number, scan rate parameters and dopant types were changed. Graphite electrode which is lightewight and conductive was prefered as working electrode.Cyclic Voltammetry (CV), Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) were used to investigate modified polymer films.
