Abstract (EN)

In this study, the flora of Tohma Valley (Gürün-Darende) has been studied. 1466 plant specimens were collected from the research area between 2007-2009 and at the end of this it was determined that 680 species, belonging to 80 families, 312 genera were found.128 (% 18,82) i of the total species are endemic. The phytogeografic regions of only 237 species out of the collected material have been determined; Irano-Turanian 189 (% 27,80), Mediterranean 27 (% 3,97), Euro-Siberian 21 (% 3,09). The rest 443 species (% 65,14) of the total are either pluriregional or phytogeoraphically unknown.7 species belong to Pteridophyta whereas 675 species belong to Spermatophyta. Gymnospermae has 7 species and Angiospermae have 668 species in the area. Dicotyledones and Monocotyledones have 574 and 94 species respectively in the Angiosperms.The largest families according to their species in the area as follows; Asteraceae 86 (%12,64), Brassicaceae 62 (% 9,12), Fabaceae 56 (% 8,23), Poaceae 56 (% 8,23), Lamiaceae 43 (% 6,32). The largest genera according to their species in the area as follows; Astragalus 20 (% 2,94), Centaurea 14 (% 2,06), Hypericum 12 (% 1,76), Alyssum 11 (% 1,62) and Salvia 10 (% 1,47).The 62 new records for B6 square was determinied from in this studied area.
