أحمد بن محمد التوقادي القاز آبادي وحاشيته على أنوار التنزيل تحقيقاً ودراسة

Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al-Tuqati Al-Qāzābādī is considered a scientist, great examiner and judge who occupied high position in the Ottoman states in the 12th Century Hijri. He was also an interpreter of Qur'an, mutakallim, Hanafi Fiqh methodologist and jurisprudence, his works were written in Arabic in different sciences including rhetoric speech interpretation and logic. His annotation on Part of Tafseer Al-Baydawi which we are going to criticize in this thesis. Our thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion. In the first chapter we dealt with Nasir al-Din Al-Baydawi's life. In the second chapter we dealt with Ahmed Al-Qāzābādī's life and his students, his elders and his works extendedly. In the third chapter we dealt with his annotation on Anwar Al-Tanzil by studying, by defining its correct attribution to the author and by giving an accurate description. Then, we analyzed the author's writing style, his methodology, the most important sources, terms and related abbreviations in the annotation. In the fourth chapter we criticized the whole annotation, explained the ambiguous words or statements and we wrote them according to modern spelling rules. As for the conclusion, we put in the most notable results and recommendations. Key Words: Al-Qāzābādī, Al-Baydawi, Anwar Al-Tanzil, Criticism, Tafseer, Manuscript ُعد أحمد بن محمد القاز آبادي التوقادي ت. 1163ھـ/1750م من العلماء وكبار المحققین والقضاة ی الذین شغلوا مناصب رفیعة في الدولة العثمانیة بالقرن الثاني عشر الھجري. مفسر ومتكلم وأصولي لھ آثار باللغة العربیة في علم البلاغة والكلام والتفسیر والمنطق، ولھ حاشیة على بعض تفسیر القاضي البیضاوي والتي سنقوم بتحقیقھا وتحلیلھا في ھذه الرسالة. تتكون رسالتنا من مقدمة وأربعة فصول وخاتمة، تناولنا في الفصل الأول حیاة الإمام ناصر الدین البیضاوي، وتناولنا في الفصل الثاني حیاة الإمام أحمد القاز آبادي وتحدثنا عن طلابھ وشیوخھ وآثاره بشكل موسع، وفي الفصل الثالث تناولنا حاشیتھ على أنوار التنزیل بالدراسة، ّ فعرفنا بنسخھا الست وبیّنا تاریخ كتابتھا وأثبتنا صحة نسبتھا ً إلى مؤلفھا ّ ووصفناھا توصیفا ، ثم حللنا أسلوب المؤلف ومنھجھ وأھم مصادره والاصطلاحات ً دقیقا والاختصارات الواردة في الحاشیة. ثم حققنا في الفصل الرابع الحاشیة وشرحنا الكلمات والعبارات الغامضة، وكتبناھا وفق القواعد الإملائیة الحدیثة، أما الخاتمة فقد وضعنا فیھا أبرز النتائج والتوصیات. الكلمات المفتاحیة: القاز آبادي، البیضاوي، أنوار التنزیل، تحقیق، تفسیر، حاشیة.
