Abstract (EN)
It aims to deeply examine the concept of toxic leadership, which is one of the important problems of today's working life, specifically for healthcare professionals. It is known that toxic leader behaviors cause serious problems in organizational life, such as reducing employees' motivation, pushing them into silence and causing inefficient work. This research aims to reveal the existence of this problem and emphasize important points that need to be considered. Although there are similar studies in the literature, this study aims to make an original contribution to the literature by examining the relationship between toxic leadership perception and organizational silence specifically for healthcare professionals. The findings of the study can contribute to raising awareness and developing solution suggestions on this issue by providing important information about the possible consequences of toxic leadership in the healthcare sector.
