Total quality management is achieved through the contribution of employees who are based on a systematic approach to the quality of work, people, products or services being used to meet people's needs. Total quality management takes the requirements of the period first and foremost to meet and meet customer needs in terms of customer potential, where demands and demands are always variable within the scope of innovation and needs. Total quality management has focused on the goals and quality that have benefited in the name of their employees and society, achieving long-term customer satisfaction. Total quality management is a form of work that is at the center of all human-focused activities, with an aim of being able to fully meet the expectations of the customers with the development perception. Human resources are beginning to see the necessary importance in our country as well as in the whole world. In the last 10 years in the field of human resources, many companies have made their subjects stronger, making great progress in human resources as well as material goals. Strong human resources in global competition are an important part of this race. Performance appraisal systems have also become a widely used method, especially with the use of human resources. In globalizing economies, the need for human resources to reach the goals of increasing competition is fastest and smooth.
