Abstract (EN)
Competition conditions is being harder because of global firms. Day by day firms more need to administrative tools gaining strength. Customer satisfaction, suitability to time budgeting, not to delay production planning, minimizing costs and profitability is very important for firms. Because of this, at the search effects of total productivity management implementation to business efficiency is studied. Research is finished with the issue of study about a firm which work on flexible packaging sector and adapts business conditions to TPM. In terms of research results it is approved that TPM implementation contributes operational efficiency. It is observed that awareness of staff is increased, staff became more participant for firm improvement, operators adopted maintenance as well as production, overall equipment efficiency is increased and productivity is increased at offices too.
